  175. I would love to try out some new recipes to find new favorites! Plus I would like to find more tasty dishes to serve to family and friends to show them that the vegan lifestyle still includes delicious food!

  179. I would set up a vegan potluck dinner with some friends and they could borrow some of my new books for ideas and inspiration (since I'm one of the only vegans in the bunch I would need to share my cookbooks!). :-) Thanks for the chances to win! :-)

  181. Read them, apply what I learn, try new recipes, grow in body and mind, review them, promote them, rejoice in them!

  183. These books would be a welcome edition to my library of healthy eating books! I would read them, make meals from them, and encourage both friends and family that this is the healthy and responsible way to eat and live!

  184. Cook! Or un-cook :-) And read. Well, read then cook ;-)

  185. I would add to my small but growing repertoire of vegan recipes, recommend my favorites to our local vegan Meetup group, cook recipes from them for my family, and cook and serve my favorites to colleagues. With the latter, I will demonstrate that vegan foods can be delicious.

  186. Drool over all the delicious pictures.

  187. I would NOT share these books, create awesome vegan meals, and then pretend I wrote all the recipes. :-D I kid...I kid. But I WOULD get uber-inspired by all these other fantastic chefs and hopefully put my own signature spin on many of these recipes. Then I would serve them to my carni and omni friends. #MindBlown
